What we hold, and what ships with it

Damrix is a distributor. Our value is grade knowledge, held stock and the documentation package that accompanies every release.

How supply works

A sequenced process, documented at each stage

Material selection for regulated environments is a technical exercise, not a catalogue transaction. This is the sequence every Damrix programme follows.

  1. 01

    Specification review

You provide the application, operating temperature, chemical exposure, load duty and required certifications. We confirm which grades qualify and which do not, in writing.

  2. 02

    Sample and approval

Sample coupons or first-article parts are issued from the intended lot where stock allows, with the certificate package attached for your quality file.

  3. 03

    Lot-traceable supply

Released orders ship with certificates of conformance, mill or extrusion lot identification and, where applicable, food-contact and biocompatibility statements.

  4. 04

    Scheduled replenishment

Repeat requirements move to a release schedule against held stock, so grade and lot continuity is maintained across production runs.

Compliance framing

What we require from our supply chain

Damrix is a distributor, not a manufacturer. The certifications below are held by certified manufacturing partners in our supply chain. We verify them, we require documentation against them, and we pass that documentation to you with the material.

Documentation is issued against the shipped lot, not a generic grade datasheet. If a certificate your quality system requires is not available for a grade, we state that before the order is placed.
