Submitted specifications are reviewed by a materials specialist. Order minimum is CAD 5,000. Certifications referenced are held by certified manufacturing partners in our supply chain.

What happens after submission

  1. Stage 01

    Specification review

    A materials specialist reviews the application, operating temperature, chemical exposure and load case against candidate grades.

  2. Stage 02

    Grade recommendation

    You receive candidate grades with property data, available stock forms and the documentation each grade can be supplied with.

    2–3 business days
  3. Stage 03

    Sample approval

    Where the application requires validation, sample material is supplied with its certificate of conformance for in-process trial.

    1–3 weeks
  4. Stage 04

    Release to supply

    On approval, material is released against the confirmed grade and lot documentation set, with traceability retained on file.
